Hungry? Don’t know what to make for dinner tonight? You’ve still got time to gather up these ingredients and make a hearty, one-pan meal that everybody (okay, not vegetarians) will like. Check out my kale-sausage “stir fry.” One of the great things about this recipe is that you can use ingredients from your garden if you are blessed to have one. This was the first summer I did a decent job of staggering the plantings so we have had things like green onions and kale since July and hopefully will be able to keep harvesting until at least the end of September.
P.S. Now that we’re back to school (aka work), I’m working on being more consistent blog-wise so be ready! 🙂 Or bug me if you haven’t heard from me in awhile…accountability is always a good thing.
